Where Salvera is actively acquiring today.
Focus Areas
Our current areas of focus include assisted living and residential real estate, with selective consideration of adjacent commercial and operating assets as our portfolio and operating capabilities grow.
Current Focus
Salvera is building selectively. These are the areas where we believe we can understand the asset, finance it responsibly and support its performance over the long term.
Acquisition Hierarchy
Ordered by priority rather than presented as equals, so an owner or broker can place their opportunity immediately.

The sector thesis the company was built around.
Pursued where the specific opportunity warrants it.

Construction
The portfolio is being assembled asset by asset rather than raised against a target allocation. Each holding has to justify itself on its own terms and improve the balance of the whole.
Salvera considers how different assets, markets, revenue sources and operating exposures interact across the portfolio. Diversification is used to reduce concentration risk rather than pursued for its own sake — related assets can and do move together under some conditions.
As the portfolio develops, position sizing will be considered carefully to limit excessive exposure to any single asset, market or counterparty.
Assets are matched to the horizon they suit. Longer-duration holdings are financed and reserved differently from those with a shorter or more operational profile.
Holdings
Salvera does not publish an asset-by-asset portfolio. Holdings, operating detail and financial information are shared directly with lenders, brokers and prospective partners under confidentiality, at the point they are relevant to a transaction.
Counterparties evaluating a financing or acquisition discussion can request detail through the contact channels below.
Salvera welcomes confidential introductions from owners, brokers, advisers and lenders regarding established real estate and operating businesses. First contact is treated as confidential.
